Want to apply for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year? Please see the information below.
We are pleased to announce that as of December 1st, 2021 we are now accepting applications for the next school year. We have joined with other area charter schools for a common application. Now you can apply to multiple Buffalo charter schools at once! Here is the new website to apply for the upcoming school year: https://enrollbuffalocharters.schoolmint.net/ . Our lottery will be held April 5th, 2022 at 5pm. In order for your child's name to be entered into our lottery, you must apply before April 1st, 2022. Any applications received after this date will be considered untimely and will automatically be placed on our waiting list after all lottery applicants.
Any school-aged child who is entering Kindergarten through 8th grade is eligible to apply for admission into the school. Buffalo Public Schools has a Kindergarten requirement that states a child must have been born in 2017 in order to register for the 2022-2023 school year. For all other school district residents (Lackawanna, West Seneca, Frontier, Depew, Sloan etc.) the child must turn 5 by December 1, 2022, as per your home district requirement.
Please remember that students on the waiting list do not carry over from year to year. Therefore, if your child previously applied and was placed on the waiting list, you will need to re-apply for the upcoming year. If you have several children applying, please remember that each child requires their own application. Once you complete each of their applications, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you have any questions about filling out the application or the application process in general, contact Angelica Gonzalez, Office Manager, at (716) 826-7213, or via email at email@example.com.
