Mr. Sullivan

Thank you for visiting my page!  I wanted to to this opportunity to tell you a little more about myself.  I was born and raised in South Buffalo, so coming to SBCS in September of 2012 was an amazing opportunity for me to serve the community that I grew in.  Througout my 5 years at SBCS I have had the opportunity to teach in many different roles, such as: 4th Grade Social Studies and Science, 4th Grade ELA, 5/6th Grade Social Studies, and Math Intervention before settling into my full time position as the 6th Grade Social Studies Teacher.  I have been teaching 6th Grade Social Studies since 2015 and love every day that I can teach about the ancient world and how it connects to ours.

Prior to teaching here at SBCS I received my Bachelor's Degree in Childhood Education from Buffalo State in 2012.  I then received my Master's Degree as a Literacy Specialist from Buffalo State as well in 2014.  My education background, and the experiences in different schools as a substitute has helped me to grow as an educator, and I always look for more opportunities grow further.
