We will focus on identifying our emotions and feelings and practicing how we can manage those feelings. Each week a different feeling will be discussed.
Week 1: A Little Scribble Spot : When our emotions are tangled together.
Week 2: A Little Spot of Feelings- Emotion Detective: Learning to recognize our feelings with facial expressions and body language.
Week 3: A Little Peaceful Spot: Finding our peaceful spot and how we can get that back when another spot shows up.
Week 4: A Little Spot of Anger: Managing our emotions when we get mad or frustrated.
Week 5: A Little Spot of Anxiety: Managing our emotions when we get worried or scared.
Week 6: A Little Spot of Sadness: Managing our feelings when we feel sad or down.
Week 7: A Little Spot of Confidence
Week 8: A Little Spot of Happiness

Rule 4: M.YO.B. Mind Your Own Beeswax! (if no one is hurt or in danger and it doesn't involve you, do not tattle!)
