I began at SBCS in August 2010. I have a Master of Science in School Counseling from Canisius University. Prior to coming to SBCS, I was a long-term counseling substitute at Hamburg CSD. I also served as the Program Director at Child & Family Services in the Community Residence for two years. I will be presenting proactive social emotional lessons for all classrooms in Kindergarten - 5th grade (K-3 is weekly and 4-5th grade is twice a month). In addition, I work with students referred by parents and teachers for emotional or social skill building. I coordinate the Student of the Month and Student Royalty programs. Additionally, I manage the SBCS Christmas Assistance Program, Mental Health Night, and Autism Awareness Month.
