The application process for all grades K-8 for the 2023/2024 school year has concluded.

You can still apply for the 2024-2025 school year by submitting an application here:

     https://enrollment.powerschool.com/family/gosnap.aspx?action=200002744&culture=en

Our lottery for the 2024-2025 school year will be held on April 10, 2024 at 5pm.  In order for your child's name to be entered into our lottery, your application has to be received before April 5, 2024.  Any applications received after this date will be placed on our waiting list.

Any school-aged child who is entering Kindergarten through 8th grade is eligible to apply for admission into the school.  Buffalo Public Schools has a Kindergarten requirement that states "a child must be born in 2019 in order to register for the 2024-2025 school year".  For all other school district residents (Lackawanna, West Seneca, Frontier, Depew, Sloan etc.) the child must turn 5 by December 1, 2024, as per your home district requirement.

Please remember that students on the waiting list do not carry over from year to year.  Therefore, if your child previously applied and was placed on the waiting list, you will need to re-apply for the upcoming year.  If you have several children applying, please remember that each child requires their own application. Once you complete each of their applications, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you have any questions about filling out the application or the application process in general, contact the Main Office at (716) 826-7213, or via email: mainoffice@southbuffalocs.org.
